Terms of Service (TOS) for Worker Bee’s LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Worker Bee’s LLC website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using Worker Bee’s, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. About Worker Bee’s
Worker Bee’s LLC provides a platform that connects Employers (individuals or businesses seeking short-term help) with Workers (“Bees”) who are available for temporary jobs (typically 1–3 days).
Worker Bee’s is a matching service only. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or contractor. We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the work performed by Workers or the payment provided by Employers.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Reside within the United States.

Create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
Worker Bee’s may verify identity or require additional documentation at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions

Employers must purchase a subscription plan to post jobs.

Workers may join for free or upgrade to a premium plan for added features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Job Postings & Engagements

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings.

Workers are solely responsible for reviewing details before accepting a job.

Worker Bee’s does not guarantee that Workers will be hired or that Employers will find suitable candidates.

Payment terms are negotiated directly between Employer and Worker, unless the platform adds integrated payment processing (future feature).
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information.

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Post jobs or content involving illegal, unsafe, or discriminatory activity.
-
Attempt to collect personal data from other users outside of the intended platform use.

Circumvent subscription requirements or misuse platform features.
6. Fees & Payments

All subscription and premium fees are listed at the time of purchase.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Worker Bee’s uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We are not responsible for errors caused by those services.
7. Disclaimers

Worker Bee’s does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any job engagement.

Worker Bee’s is not responsible for injuries, damages, or disputes arising between Employers and Workers.

Users assume all risks related to engagements arranged through the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worker Bee’s LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

Lost profits, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from engagements between Employers and Workers.

Unauthorized access to or use of your information.
Total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worker Bee’s LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of the Services.
-
Your interactions and agreements with other users.

Any violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
Worker Bee’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Subscriptions may be canceled by users at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused periods.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
Worker Bee’s may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
